Richard Russell's Everything Is Recorded project has released a surprise EP featuring collaborations with Samantha Morton, Roses Gabor and rapper Rian Brazil. Another track pairs Peter Gabriel with Maryland rapper IDK, and the title track reunites Russell with Public Image Ltd's Jah Wobble, who compared the producer to Can's Holger Czukay in a press release.
In a separate release, Boston rapper Michael Christmas, Chicago MC Chris Crack and Pittsburgh producer Girl Talk have released a joint album titled "Don't Come to My House Sharing Your Location." Girl Talk provides samples and production while Crack delivers rapid-fire bars and Christmas takes a more subdued approach. The album features track titles such as "Garfield Hated Mondays But Didn't Have a Job" and "Dr. Umar Radio Station on GTA6."
