The family of Sutrimo (42 years old), a former security guard at the residence of ex-deputy attorney general Febrie Ardiansyah in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, reported irregularities surrounding his death to Banyumas Police Resort on Saturday (8/8/2026). The family said they were not informed that Sutrimo was found with foam around his mouth.

Sutrimo's body was received by the family on 23 July 2026 at around 22:00 WIB, already shrouded and accompanied by four people. According to the family's legal representative Aan Rohaeni, two of those accompanying the body were from an ambulance service and two others claimed to be Sutrimo's work colleagues. Because the body was already cleaned and shrouded, the family proceeded directly with the burial.

The people who delivered the body informed the family that Sutrimo died of illness with a blood sugar level of 600. The family's legal representative confirmed that Sutrimo indeed had diabetes and tended to ignore advice to seek medical treatment. However, the family stated that in the days before Sutrimo was found dead at Klinik Mordent in South Jakarta on 23 July 2026, he had not complained about his illness at all.
