PT BPR Pollux expressed appreciation for the law enforcement process and the decision of Semarang District Court (PN) in the case of alleged forged fiduciary security documents. The court panel handed down a two-year prison sentence to David Tihang Prakarsa Srikuning, also known as David Tjahjadi Gunawan.

In its ruling, PN Semarang stated the defendant used different identities when applying for credit facilities and submitted invalid vehicle registration documents (BPKB) as collateral. The management of BPR Pollux said the case demonstrated the company's commitment to implementing banking prudence principles and protecting customer assets and funds from financial crime.

A representative of BPR Pollux management stated the bank consistently upholds the principle of prudence in conducting operational activities and credit distribution. The bank reminded all parties to apply for credit in good faith, comply with applicable regulations, and use valid documents.
