The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the termination of enforcement actions against three banks and bank holding companies.

A Cease and Desist Order against United Texas Bank in Dallas, Texas, dated August 29, 2024, was terminated September 2, 2026. A Written Agreement with Quontic Bank Acquisition Corp. and Quontic Bank Holdings Corp., both based in Astoria, New York, dated July 5, 2023, was also terminated on the same date.
