Bank Jakarta and Persija Jakarta are strengthening their partnership for the 2026-2027 competition season through the development of banking services, joint programmes, and digital transformation. The collaboration was launched with a "United for Jakarta" kick-off event at Taman Suropati, Jakarta, on Sunday (9/8/2026).

Bank Jakarta Chief Executive Agus H Widodo said the collaboration with Persija is not only about sponsorship, but is also designed to expand benefits for the Persija family and The Jakmania supporters. Agus stated that Persija carries Jakarta's name in its identity just as Bank Jakarta does, and both organisations are growing together with the same city.

Bank Jakarta will develop banking and digital services within the Persija ecosystem, including loyalty programmes and benefits for supporters. The collaboration continues the integration of digital banking services previously covering the Persija Store, Persija Café, and Persija Access. Bank Jakarta also introduced a new website, bankjakarta.co.id, as part of the digital transformation to improve public experience in accessing banking information and services.

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung hopes the collaboration will bring positive impact to the community while supporting Persija's performance in the 2026-2027 competition season. Pramono expressed his hope that Persija Jakarta will win the Indonesian Super League championship in the 2026-2027 season.

Persija Jakarta President Mohamad Prapanca welcomed the continuation of the partnership. Prapanca said ongoing support serves as motivation for management and the team to improve performance and provide the best experience for Jakmania supporters.
