The European Commission announced increased assistance for Nepal on Wednesday as families across the country struggle with the aftermath of one of its deadliest flooding events.

Survivors face severe humanitarian conditions in the wake of the disaster, with widespread damage to homes, infrastructure, and livelihoods across affected regions.
