Indra Priawan Djokosoetono, husband of actress Nikita Willy and major shareholder of Blue Bird Group, drew public attention after leading Friday prayer services in Edmonton, Canada. The event took place at Al-Ikhlas Centre Mosque Edmonton, Indonesia's first mosque established in Western Canada.

Indra was chosen to serve as imam for the mosque's inaugural Friday prayer during his holiday trip with his wife. He attended the mosque's opening ceremony and also delivered an official address at the event.

His ability to recite Quranic verses fluently impressed the congregation, including preacher Ustaz Fatih Karim and local Muslim residents as well as Indonesian diaspora members. The official Instagram account manager of Al-Ikhlas Centre Mosque Edmonton wrote on Sunday (9/8) that the congregation felt "amazed and full of respect because he recited the Quranic verses so devotedly, clearly and fluently."

Indra, born in Jakarta on 15 February 1993, is the grandson of the founder of Blue Bird Group. The 33-year-old man is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia class of 2013 and earned a Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco. He is currently a shareholder with ownership of approximately 5.96% in Blue Bird Group and is also co-owner of an online fashion shopping platform.

Despite growing up in a conglomerate family environment, Indra said that his parents instilled simple living habits in him from childhood. In a YouTube presentation on Nikita Willy Official, Indra revealed that his father and grandmother "although already well off, always lived 'as long as we have enough'" and his father "was rather strict in his upbringing."
