Trans TV will air Police Story: Lockdown on Sunday, 9 August 2026 at 20.15 WIB. The 2013 film is a reboot of the Police Story saga, which was first released in 1985.

The main character Zhong Wen, a police officer played by Jackie Chan, attempts to rescue his beloved daughter Miao Miao, who is being held hostage by her own boyfriend, Wu Jiang. Wu Jiang is the owner of a nightclub who plans to take Miao Miao and his club's patrons hostage to avenge events from the past.

Zhong Wen does not approve of Miao Miao's relationship with Wu Jiang because he is suspicious of his daughter's boyfriend's intentions. Zhong Wen's busy schedule as a detective means he rarely sees Miao Miao, and he only recently discovered that his daughter has a boyfriend.

The film, directed by Ding Sheng, features Jackie Chan alongside Ye Liu and Tian Jing as the main cast. Trans TV will also air Little Big Soldier, another Jackie Chan film previously directed by Ding Sheng, at 22.15 WIB.
