A regional museum has opened a permanent gallery displaying traditional textile collections from several regions.
Each piece is accompanied by notes on production techniques, the natural dyes used, and its context in ceremonial use.
Curators said some pieces are on loan from weaving communities that still actively produce similar fabrics.
The museum also provides a workshop space for visitors wanting to learn basic weaving techniques.
