A ministry has announced an internal reorganization merging several directorates whose functions were assessed as overlapping.
The restructuring is intended to shorten bureaucratic chains in permit processes that currently involve more than one work unit.
Ministry officials said no staff reductions are involved; personnel will be reallocated to new units according to their competencies.
The changes take effect at the start of the next budget period once implementing regulations are issued.
