Café Clement, the all-day restaurant inside the St Clement Hotel at 180 The Thames in central London, opened in June with immediate high demand, drawing celebrities including Stanley Tucci, Nick Grimshaw and Paul Mescal during its first weeks. The restaurant is operated by Nick Jones, founder of Soho House, who is known for creating popular dining venues.

The opening generated considerable buzz, with the restaurant quickly becoming sought-after among London diners. The hotel itself remains under construction, with a full opening planned for early autumn and a rooftop restaurant called Lunette, led by chef Florence Knight, expected to launch at that time.

A reviewer visited the restaurant two months after opening to assess how it performed beyond the initial celebrity-driven surge of interest, when demand had normalised and promotional activities had ended.
